Our grandson had a dirt bike picked out at another dealership. When I called them, their salesman was an immediate turnoff and left me with the impression with his bluntness that they didn't need our business because their inventory was flying out the door. We ended up buying two "toys" that day. Julian had the paperwork all ready for us when we came in the next morning. Donna was also very personable in completing the transaction as was Bob.
